Periodically, a landscape can become overgrown, unhealthy, or just an eyesore, distracting from the curb appeal of your property and your enjoyment of Your Home Outdoors. When this happens, it is important to employ someone with a keen understanding of design, site orientation, micro-climates, and plant tolerances.
As a designer, Stephen prides himself on being able to walk through an overgrown property and quickly recognize the key elements of the original design idea, even when they are hidden by jungle like growth and years of maintenance neglect. After identifying the major “bones” of the property that are worth keeping – usually big trees, hedges, key specimen plants, or hardscape features – Stephen will provide you with an estimate to do the “subtraction” and clean up necessary to begin the renovation.
The next phase, depending upon the scope of the project, is to access the “clean slate” and decide what, if anything, needs to be added back and where.
We moved to Greensboro in the fall of 2001and began construction on our house. The following fall we moved in with a yard filled with more rocks than grass! Stephen Williams and his team were recommended to us by a business associate and we engaged his services that November. Flash forward nearly 15 years and Stephen and team are still our landscaping experts. During that time, Gatehouse Management has continuously managed all of our landscaping needs with excellence and sheer brilliance. Everything from total lawn care to plantings, shrub maintenance and trimming, sidewalk repair and total landscape supervision falls under Gatehouse Managements responsibility. I guess is goes without saying that we wouldn’t still be with Stephen if we weren’t totally satisfied with his teams performance and dedicated service. Every so often, a company not only meets your expectations, but exceeds them. Gatehouse Management, under the leadership of Stephen Williams, is one of those rare companies. We are pleased to give Gatehouse Management, LLC our highest recommendation.
